- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are not accepted for customized or altered products.

2. Return Process
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping address and guidelines.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
3. Refund Policy
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 bank working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
