Shipping Policy

At Leela Textile, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.


1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping across all locations in India. Please note that delivery to certain remote areas may take slightly longer due to limited courier access.


2. Shipping Timeframe

We strive to process and ship all orders within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we aim to get your order to you within this timeframe.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote locations may take up to 10 business days.

Note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders above ₹500 within India.
  • Shipping for Orders Below ₹500: A flat rate of ₹50 will be charged.

The shipping charge (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.


4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after they are placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status.


5. Shipping Carrier

We partner with trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure your orders are delivered securely and on time.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the “Track My Order” section.


7. Delays in Shipping

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors like weather conditions, logistical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed about your order’s status.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or failure to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-ship the package.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@leelatextile.com or call us at 9461179177. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
